The contract is formed when you accept our offer by clicking the order button. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.

The contract can be concluded in German or English. We store the contract details and will send you the order information along with our terms and conditions. You can also view these details in your customer account.
4. Delivery Terms
In addition to product prices, shipping costs may apply, which are displayed during the order process. We deliver via shipping only and do not offer in-store pickups or delivery to parcel stations.
