  • During high-demand periods (launches, promotions), processing times may be slightly delayed.

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Options & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

Domestic Shipping (e.g., USA, Denmark and Europe)

  • Standard Shipping: 2–5 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

International Shipping

  • Standard International: 5–10 business days

  • Express International: 3–7 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

8. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Jumpers World Sportswear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

  • Provide photos of the packaging and product
